Cannot even open it

I have iOS 9 something on my touch iPod, and yet after downloading the app I cannot even use it. It crashes upon touching it.every.single.time! I havent even been able to get to the point where I can scan the cars I purchased to add to the game. I even restarted my iPod and checked my wifi, their all working fine. This app is garbage. A good idea if it worked but in present condition not even worth the free download and space it takes up.
