My son was so excited to play this game but it wont work at all. Keeps crashing or getting stuck at the loading screen

I was happy cause as a kid I collected the die cast cars and I still have them but it keeps on crashing when I try to take a picture of them and I cant even do a race

Each time it finishes loading a race, it crashes. You made a kid mad

Spent $5.79 to purchase the next level and it wont load. Its a lot of money to ask and then not work. Very disappointed.

It works and loads and all but my whole childhood I collected the most rare diecast cars and they dont even work so I am super mad that I cant use my rare ones

The app loads, then crashes instantly. I have no idea how other people got it to work.

It wont let me scan anything! Even though the package says its compatible, it says "Diecast not found"

Game is not download

The app kind of work but it has many bugs. It freezes and has to be restarted, scanning of cars is not reliable (scans different car than it should). Finally i bought additional tracks - bowling alley. I paid and... The tracks are still not avaialble. I click on them and nothing happens. Frustrating!

App crashes constantly, and none of my sons cars will scan.

I cant scan properly several of the cars that my son has. Tried in every single way and continues going wrong.

I had to waste like an hour of my day waiting for it to download and finally when it did download It wouldnt even let me in the app. So I had to shutdown my iPad for like thirty minutes and it finally let me in the app. The game is pretty good but still I love Disney world and all and Ive been thirteen times but still please fix the bug. One more way Disney tries to screw its customers! Please, for the sake of your sanity, do not buy/install this game for your children. The camera feature is terrible and only recognizes purchased cars one out of 65 times. Thats right, we have 130 cars from the movie and out of all of them only 2 have been recognized by the scanner. But thats ok, Disneys brilliant marketing team will sell you the virtual car, to be used within the game only, for the bargain price of $4.99! The disclaimer they put on the screen is that only cars purchased after 2015 will scan. Not so. Thirty+ of our cars have been purchased after 2015 and they still wont scan. My iPad is the newest version, the lens is scratch free and clean, but it still doesnt work. Save yourself the arguments with your child and just dont bother to download.

Waste of time and money. Broken, with no help from Disney. Practically theft. Kids buy this and NOTHING SCANS. I have purchased multiple cars. Nothing. I am seriously considering returning them all to the store with a written complaint. The retailers shouldnt have to sell faulty stuff, and Disney obviously doesnt care about parents, they only care about profits.

My son desperately wants to play this game. He loves all things Cars and does not understand why the game doesnt work. COME ON DISNEY! Hes 3! Stop disappointing him. The game will "load" only to immediately shut down. Unacceptable.
