Doesn’t work on the iPad & Scanner’s worthless

I have tried to make this app work on my iPad but it always crashes. My son can only play it on my phone. I have also tried to scan about 7 of his cars and only 2 of them have scanned properly. All of his cars are die cast and should be able to be scanned but for some reason I keep getting other cars that are not what I’m scanning. For instance, I tried scanning the black sheriff and got Frank. Go fig. :/ Disappointed in Disney for making such a lousy app.
